  Bad service and uninformed staff. Went to merge account, open credit cards but the staff just didn't have the basic knowledge of the system. Had to go east portland to complete the task.

  Bad customer service experience, guy said he'd have a hold removed from my check because it was a small amount and clearly a mistake because I have a statement showing the funds were cleared. He didn't get it removed, didn't call me back, I had to call back, then call my credit union, then call back again, only to have them tell me that even though I have the proof necessary to remove the hold, the only manager who could do it "stepped out for the day", and wouldn't be back until Monday. Really? Only one guy can do it and he's not there a lot?! Great.
