- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆It's nice that its by the mall, but if it's closed so is the drive up ATM. Which is usually odd. Even though the bank might be closed, the drive up ATM isn't. I've never come across a bank that when the bank is closed, so is the drive up ATM.
